Eating shouldn’t feel this hard.

Franki Salter (M(Nutr), RD) - Specialist Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating Dietitian with neurodivergence-affirming expertise.

Whether you’re recovering from an eating disorder, trapped in cycles of dieting, struggling with binge eating, or finding food difficult due to ADHD, autism or OCD - or an overlap of both - you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Together, we'll rebuild your relationship with food and develop an approach to eating that feels realistic, flexible and sustainable - supporting both your physical and mental wellbeing, without shame, guilt or rigid food rules.
